Pomegranate Sherbet / Cream Ice
We begin by cold-pressing organic pomegranates we grow ourselves. The juice is filtered and mixed with a little cane sugar and sweet cream. Think of Sherbet as a cross between Italian ice and full dairy ice cream. A refreshing, frozen dessert full of natural pomegranate fruit flavor with a light creamsicle texture.
