Refund policy

Returns:
By law several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food can not be returned for health and safety reasons. We want you to be satisfied both with the products you have purchased, as well as your customer service experience. Therefore we will do everything in our power to earn your satisfaction.

If you have purchased one of our perishable food products and are dissatisfied please send us an email at: Contact@HuntersHomeGrown.com Please be sure to include the following information: Order number, date of purchase, your name, address and contact telephone number. Be sure to include the reasons you are dissatisfied. Also please keep and maintain any remaining product and its original packaging. A representative will review your complaint and contact you.

If you have purchased a (non) perishable (non) food product from Hunter's HomeGrown then our return policy shall be in effect and last for 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we will require a receipt or proof of purchase. This condition can be met either by a receipt in your possession or by a search of our sales records.
Please do not send your purchase back to us until notified to do so.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within twenty days..

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund from us yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at: Contact@HuntersHomeGrown.com

Sale Items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded and are considered final.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at: Contact@HuntersHomeGrown.com, once we approve your return then send your item to: 3325 Polaris St, Modesto CA 95350, United States.

Gifts
If the item was purchased as a gift any refund amount approved by us will be credited back to the credit card used to make the original purchase.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 3325 Polaris St, Modesto CA 95350, United States You are responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs when returning an item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Other Shipping Considerations:
Some of our products are heat sensitive, as an example chocolate. During the hotter months of the year and depending on where you live, it may not be advisable to ship these item due to the damage that may result. If you contact us and provide authorization we can ship to hotter rejoins utilizing cold-pack shipping boxes. Please call us at 209-225-3068 to make arrangements. We are not responsible for products that arrive damaged do to excessive heat during the shipping process.
