Lemon Marmalade Ice Cream!
We start with organic Meyer lemons we grow ourselves. Then slice and candy them, rind and all...that's the Marmalade portion of this refreshing treat. Then sweet cream, milk, and sugar are added to the churn, a dash of our Madagascar vanilla, and fleshly squeezed Meyer lemon juice. A smooth, light lemony treat, with chewy candied lemon morsels.
